What this MCCB carries
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2063-5HN32-0HH0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 63 A continuous current across the full 40 °C to 70 °C ambient range — no derating needed up to that ceiling. Interrupting capacity hits 187 kA at 240 V AC, 121 kA at 415/440 V, and still holds 75.6 kA at 500 V, so it handles high-fault industrial service entrances and distribution panels without cascading upstream. At 690 V the rating drops to 3 kA, which is typical for this frame class. Designed for line protection (cable/feeder protection per IEC 60947-2), this breaker ships with a shunt trip release (STL) and a factory-fitted auxiliary switch block: 2 auxiliary switches plus 1 trip alarm switch (HQ configuration). The trip indicator and voltage trigger are both present; undervoltage release and ground-fault monitoring are not included on this variant.
Panel fit and integration
Footprint is 105 mm wide × 181 mm tall × 86 mm deep (4.13 × 7.13 × 3.39 in). Mounts on a DIN rail or direct panel — the 105 mm width is standard for this 3VA2 frame size, so it drops into existing SENTRON panel layouts without re-drilling. The shunt trip coil draws from the control voltage; verify polarity on the auxiliary switch wiring before energizing.
