Its interrupting capacity reaches 242 kA at 240 V, 187 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 121 kA at 500 V, and 3 kA at 690 V — meaning it can clear high-fault currents in low-voltage distribution without cascading upstream. The thermal rating holds 63 A flat from 40 °C through 70 °C, so no derating is needed in a warm enclosure; that simplifies panel thermal budgeting.
