Breaking capacity is the headline here: 242 kA at 240 V, 187 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 121 kA at 500 V, and 3 kA at 690 V. The ETU850 trip unit gives you adjustable long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground-fault protection curves. Communication function is built in, so it can talk to a higher-level control system for monitoring and remote trip — useful for coordinated power management in a plant.
Termination is for copper or aluminum conductors up to the rated ampacity. No undervoltage release or shunt trip is included as standard — those are optional accessories if you need remote tripping beyond the communication function.
