The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2063-8JP36-0AA0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for 63 A continuous current across the full ambient temperature range of 40 °C to 70 °C — no derating needed up to the enclosure's thermal limit. Breaking capacity hits 440 kA at 240 V, 330 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 220 kA at 500 V, and 52.5 kA at 690 V — high enough for most industrial main and feeder applications where fault current is substantial. It carries the ETU550 electronic trip unit, configurable for line protection duty, with a communication function onboard for integration into a monitored distribution system.
Front face carries IP40 protection, sufficient for enclosed panel installation where tools or fingers won't contact live parts during operation.
