The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2063-8KQ36-0AA0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for 63 A continuous current at up to 70 °C ambient — no derating needed across the full temperature range. It is designed for line protection in distribution panels and switchgear, with a rated insulation voltage of 800 V. The interrupting capacity hits 440 kA at 240 V and 330 kA at 415 V, so it handles high-fault environments like industrial mains or transformer secondaries without cascading upstream. This MCCB includes a communication function — it can report status and trip events over a bus, making it suitable for a monitored distribution system where you want remote visibility of breaker state.
