Siemens 3VA2110-5KP32-0AA0 — SENTRON MCCB with ETU850 Trip Unit
The ETU850 electronic overcurrent release handles adjustable trip settings from 150 A minimum to 1 200 A maximum, giving you a wide band for coordination studies without swapping the breaker frame. Interrupting capacity is voltage-dependent: 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 3.7 kA at 690 V.
IP40 on the front means the operator interface is protected against tools and small wires, but the body is not sealed for washdown; install in a dry cabinet or behind a gland plate. Power loss at rated current maxes at 10 W — negligible for enclosure thermal budgeting but worth noting if you pack multiple units in a small cabinet.
Communication and Monitoring
This variant includes a communication function and an other measurement function — the ETU850 supports Modbus RTU or PROFIBUS via a plug-in module, enabling remote trip indication, current metering, and energy data without an external CT block.
