Motor protection breaker with integrated UVR
The Siemens 3VA2110-5MN36-0BL0 is a 3-pole IEC frame 160 motor protection circuit breaker rated at 100 A continuous current, with a 55 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC (class M). It carries an ETU350M electronic trip unit configured for LSI protection — overload (Ir adjustable 40–100 A), short-time delay (Isd 3–15×Ir), and instantaneous (Ii fixed at 15×In).
The ETU350M LSI trip unit gives adjustable short-time delay (Isd), allowing selective coordination with downstream feeders. The 24 V DC undervoltage release drops the breaker when control voltage is lost, a common requirement for emergency-stop circuits and safety-related motor disconnects. Clamp connections accept copper or aluminum conductors up to the frame rating, simplifying panel wiring.
