The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2110-6HL42-0JB0 is a 4-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 100 A continuous current across the full ambient range from 40 °C to 70 °C — no derating needed up to that ceiling. That 100 A holds at every temperature step in between, which simplifies panel design when the breaker sits near warm busbars or drives. Breaking capacity reaches 242 kA at 240 V, dropping to 187 kA at 415 V and 440 V, then 121 kA at 500 V, and 3.7 kA at 690 V. At typical 400 V distribution, that 187 kA handles high-fault industrial feeds without cascading upstream breakers. The minimum trip setting is 1.5 A, so it covers small subfeeds as well as main distribution.
