The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2110-6HN36-0AE0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for line protection, carrying 100 A continuous current (Iu) and a maximum power loss of 10 W. Breaking capacity hits 242 kA at 240 V and 187 kA at 415 V — that's fault-current headroom for high-capacity transformer feeds or paralleled drives. The ETU350 electronic trip unit gives adjustable long-time, short-time, and instantaneous protection; no undervoltage release or communication module on this variant. Thermal derating is mild: holds 100 A straight through to 50 °C ambient, then steps down to 85 A at 70 °C — useful for a panel crammed next to a heat source. Four HQ auxiliary switches come built in.
Panel fit and mounting
Dimensions: 105 mm wide, 181 mm tall, 86 mm deep — bolts onto a backplate or mounts in a SENTRON distribution board. IP40 on the front handles dry indoor panels; no washdown rating.
