SENTRON 3VA2 starter-protection MCCB with undervoltage release
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2110-7MS36-0CA0 is a molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) in the 3VA2 series, rated for 100 A continuous current and built for starter protection duty — meaning it is designed to sit ahead of a motor contactor, providing short-circuit and overload backup for the starter assembly. The 3-pole frame carries a flat derating curve: the full 100 A holds from 40 °C through 70 °C ambient, so no down-rating is needed in a warm enclosure.
Breaking capacity and selectivity headroom
