Its interrupting capacity hits 187 kA at 240 V, dropping to 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 79 kA at 500 V, and 4.25 kA at 690 V — numbers that govern selectivity and SCCR coordination in the distribution panel.
Above that, derate stepwise: 154 A at 55 °C, 148 A at 60 °C, 142 A at 65 °C, 136 A at 70 °C. Maximum power loss is 28 W.
Overcurrent release and auxiliary trip
The ETU320 electronic trip unit handles line protection with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings. An external undervoltage release (UVR) is built in (design of the auxiliary release: undervoltage release). The integrated auxiliary trip is order code 3VA9608-0BB25. No auxiliary contact version is fitted as standard; no communication function, phase failure detection, or ground-fault monitoring are included on this variant.
