What this breaker carries
The 3VA2116-5JQ32-0HH0: This is a 3VA2 IEC frame 160 molded-case circuit breaker, 3-pole, with a 55 kA interrupting capacity at 415 V (class M). It's fitted with an ETU560 electronic trip unit configured for LSIG protection — long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground-fault. The continuous current rating is 160 A, with overload pickup adjustable from 63 A to 160 A. Short-time pickup is 0.6 to 10 times In, and instantaneous pickup is 1.5 to 10 times In. Ground-fault protection can be switched off; when active, pickup adjusts from 0.2 to 1 times In with a time delay of 0.05 to 0.8 seconds.
Integration and accessories
The breaker ships with a shunt trip (STL) rated for 12–30 V DC or 24 V AC 50/60 Hz, plus two auxiliary switches (HQ) and one trip alarm switch (HQ). A nut keeper kit is included for the terminal connections. The 3VA2 frame is designed for DIN-rail or screw-mount panel integration — typical for distribution or motor control centers where space is tight and the 55 kA SCCR is needed downstream of a transformer or main switch.
