The interrupting capacity hits 242 kA at 240 V and still holds 187 kA at 415 V — that's enough to clear a bolted fault upstream of a 2 MVA transformer without the arc flash escalating. Front-face protection is IP40 — dust ingress protected on the panel face, but the rear bus connections rely on the enclosure seal.
If your safety circuit requires UVR, you need a different order code within the 3VA2 family.
