At 415 V and 440 V it still handles 187 kA; at 500 V it drops to 121 kA; at 690 V it's rated 5 kA. For a 160 A frame, those are high-interrupt ratings, meaning this unit belongs in a high-fault location — close to a transformer or a large service entrance — where available fault current can exceed 100 kA.
Thermal derating — don't lose capacity in a hot panel
At 55 °C you derate to 154 A, at 60 °C to 148 A, at 65 °C to 142 A, and at 70 °C to 136 A.
Trip unit and auxiliary contacts
The ETU350 is an electronic trip unit — adjustable overload (Ir), short-time (Isd), and instantaneous (Ii) settings via DIP switches or rotary dials on the front face. It gives you coordination flexibility that a fixed thermal-magnetic cannot.
