The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2140-5MN32-0HC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated at 40 A continuously across the full -25 °C to 70 °C operating range — no derating needed as the panel warms up. Designed specifically for motor protection, it includes phase failure detection and a configurable short-time delay (adjustable 4 s to 17 s) to ride through motor start-up inrush without nuisance trips.
