It carries 187 kA interrupting capacity at 240 V, 121 kA at 415/440 V, 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 3.7 kA at 690 V, so it handles high-fault service entrances and distribution feeders without cascading upstream. The design is line protection, not motor protection — no ground-fault monitoring, no communication module, no trip indicator. It ships with an undervoltage release (UVR) fitted, which drops the breaker if control voltage is lost, a common requirement for emergency-stop circuits and safety disconnects.
