63 A MCCB with full-temperature rating and high interrupt capacity
The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2163-5HN36-0CL0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 63 A continuous current across the full ambient range from 40 °C to 70 °C — no derating needed up to that ceiling. Its 187 kA breaking capacity at 240 V AC handles high-fault utility feeds without cascading upstream breakers; at 415 V it still interrupts 121 kA, and at 690 V the rating drops to 3.7 kA, so verify the available fault current at your service voltage. Designed for line protection, this MCCB includes an undervoltage release (UVR) and comes factory-fitted with two auxiliary switches, one trip alarm switch, and one electrical alarm switch — all wired and tested at the factory.
