63 A motor protection MCCB with phase failure detection
Built-in phase failure detection trips the breaker if one phase drops out, preventing single-phasing damage to motor windings — a common failure mode on conveyor and pump drives. The breaker ships with three HQ auxiliary switches for remote status indication to a PLC or SCADA system.
This MCCB delivers 187 kA interrupting capacity at 240 V, dropping to 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, then 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 3.7 kA at 690 V. At 415 V, 121 kA handles most European industrial panel bus faults.
At 105 mm wide, 181 mm tall, and 86 mm deep, this 3-pole breaker fits standard panel-mount cutouts for SENTRON 3VA frame sizes. Three auxiliary switches add about 18 mm to the side width if pre-installed — account for that in your DIN-rail or backplate layout.
Storage and operating temperature range
Maximum power loss is 4 W, negligible for panel thermal budgeting.
