It carries a 242 kA breaking capacity at 240 V, dropping to 187 kA at 415 V and 440 V, then to 121 kA at 500 V, and 3.8 kA at 690 V. The ETU850 provides adjustable long-time (tr) and short-time (tsd) delay settings — tr adjustable from 0.5 to 25 s, tsd from 0.05 to 0.5 s — giving selectivity coordination flexibility for downstream feeders.
IP40 on the front face suits enclosed panel installation where the breaker is not directly exposed to washdown or dust ingress. Communication function is built in, supporting integration with higher-level monitoring systems without an external module.
