The 3VA2116-5JP32-0AE0 is a 3-pole variant of the same 160 A frame. The 3VA2216-5HK42-0AA0 adds a fourth pole — that's the difference. Same ETU340 release family, same breaking capacity curve, same dimensions except the width (4-pole is wider). If your panel was wired for a 3-pole and you need 4-pole, this won't drop in without a busbar rework. If you're replacing a 4-pole, this is the direct fit.
