MCCB for motor protection with ETU350M release
The ETU350M electronic overcurrent release provides adjustable thermal-magnetic curves plus phase-failure detection, making it suited for protecting motor feeders in distribution panels where coordination with downstream starters is required. Breaking capacity reaches 330 kA at 240 V AC, 242 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 187 kA at 500 V, and 52.5 kA at 690 V — figures that cover most industrial service-entrance and sub-distribution applications with ample SCCR headroom. The auxiliary trip block (3VA9608-0BB24) is integrated; no separate undervoltage or shunt release is fitted as standard.
Rated continuous current holds at 200 A up to 50 °C ambient, then derates to 192 A at 55 °C, 188 A at 60 °C, 184 A at 65 °C, and 180 A at 70 °C. Maximum power loss is 75 W. No trip indicator or voltage-trigger function is fitted; the ETU350M provides the protection logic.
