The Siemens 3VA2225-7HL32-0BC0 is a SENTRON molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for 250 A continuous current (Iu) at 40 °C, with a 3-pole configuration and an ETU320 electronic overcurrent release. The interrupting ratings are substantial: 330 kA at 240 V, 242 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 187 kA at 500 V, and 6.3 kA at 690 V — so it handles high-fault-current points like service entrances or transformer secondaries where the available fault current is high. For a panel builder or site electrical engineer: the 86 mm depth, 105 mm width, and 181 mm height fit the standard SENTRON 3VA2 mounting footprint. With the ETU320 release, selectivity (discrimination) with downstream breakers depends on the time-current curve settings. The electronic trip allows adjustable long-time pickup and delay, short-time pickup and delay, and instantaneous pickup. For a transformer feed or a main breaker feeding multiple subfeeds, this gives you the band to coordinate.
Physical Integration — Panel Mounting
