What this 3VA is for and what it carries
It's a 3-pole unit rated at 250 A continuous current, and it holds that 250 A all the way up to 50 °C ambient; above that it derates to 238 A at 55 °C and 200 A at 70 °C, so you don't lose headroom until the cabinet runs hot. Breaking capacity is the story here: 330 kA at 240 V, 242 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 187 kA at 500 V, and 4.5 kA at 690 V. That's a high-interrupting rating for a 250 A frame — it clears a serious fault without cascading upstream, which matters when you're coordinating a distribution board or feeding a transformer.
Auxiliary release and communication
That's a common spec for safety disconnects or emergency-stop chains where you want the breaker to open on loss of control power. No auxiliary switch is fitted on this order code; the UVR is the only internal accessory. This variant includes a communication function for remote status and trip reading. Power loss is 50.5 W maximum.
