The 3-pole unit carries an ETU850 electronic trip unit with adjustable long-time (Ig) and instantaneous (Ii) pickup, covering 0.5 s minimum response and 375–3000 A short-circuit range. Breaking capacity reaches 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V, and 55 kA at 440 V, so it handles high-fault utility feeds without cascading upstream.

Dimensions: 138 mm wide, 248 mm high, 110 mm deep. The 138 mm width (5.4 in) is the critical dimension for multi-pole grouping on a DIN-rail or backplate — verify your enclosure fill factor against this footprint. Depth of 110 mm leaves room behind the gland plate for wiring and the optional motor drive. Operating temperature range is -25 °C to 70 °C; storage from -40 °C to 80 °C. The ETU850 trip unit is field-adjustable for Ig (0.5 s minimum) and Ii (375–3000 A). No ground-fault monitoring is integrated — specify an external module if GF protection is required. Neutral conductor protection is not included but is upgradeable/retrofittable. The unit is designed for line protection (cable/feeder), not motor protection; pair it with a separate overload relay for motor circuits.
