The Siemens 3VA2340-7KP32-0AB0 is a 3VA2 IEC frame 400 molded-case circuit breaker, 3-pole, with a breaking capacity class C rating of Icu=110kA at 415V AC. That 110kA interrupting rating means it can safely clear a fault at the main distribution board without upstream fuses needing to blow first — it's sized for high-fault-current installations where the available short-circuit current is substantial. The breaker carries an ETU850 electronic trip unit with LSI protection: long-time (L) overload protection adjustable from Ir=160A to 400A, short-time (S) short-circuit protection with Isd adjustable 0.6 to 10x In, and instantaneous (I) protection adjustable 1.5 to 10x In. This gives selectivity coordination downstream — you can set the S-curve to ride through motor inrush while still tripping fast on a bolted fault.

The 3VA2 frame accepts plug-in accessories (auxiliary switches, shunt trips, undervoltage releases) without removing the breaker from the bus. Comes with 2 auxiliary switch changeover contacts built in — that's enough for a remote status signal and a local indicator without adding an external aux block.
