Breaking capacity is where this unit earns its panel space: 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 75.6 kA at 500 V, and 9 kA at 690 V. At typical 480 V distribution levels, 75.6 kA covers high-fault scenarios like transformer secondaries or parallel-fed switchgear.

Physical footprint is 110 mm deep, 138 mm wide, and 248 mm tall — standard for a 500 A frame in the SENTRON family. Power loss at full rated current is 99 W maximum, so account for that heat in your enclosure ventilation calculation. The supplied basic switch is 3VA2450-5MN32-0AA0, and the auxiliary switch configuration supports up to four HQ auxiliary switches. No undervoltage release or communication module is included on this variant.
