It carries a 500 A continuous rating from 40 °C up to 50 °C, then derates linearly to 480 A at 70 °C — the full thermal curve is in the spec table, so if your panel ambient runs above 50 °C, that 495 A at 55 °C or 490 A at 60 °C is the number to use for sizing. Breaking capacity is 330 kA at 240 V, 242 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 187 kA at 500 V, and 15.3 kA at 690 V.
The basic switch variant is 3VA2450-7MN32-0AA0; this order code adds the shunt trip release. No auxiliary switch is included, so if you need a status contact for the PLC, you'll add one separately.
