Rated current derates with ambient temperature: 630 A at 40 °C, 600 A at 45 °C, 570 A at 50 °C, 540 A at 55 °C, 510 A at 60 °C, 480 A at 65 °C, and 450 A at 70 °C. If your panel ambient runs 50 °C, you lose 60 A — size the breaker for the actual enclosure temperature, not the nameplate. The 440 kA at 415 V drops to 187 kA at 690 V, which still covers most industrial service-entrance duties.
The N-conductor protection is adjustable from OFF to 20 %–160 %, so you can set it for 4-wire or 3-wire systems without swapping hardware. Optional motor drive (product extension) allows remote open/close for energy management or emergency shutdown circuits.
