That derating curve (–) is what you size against in a hot panel — the 630 A number only holds if the enclosure stays at 40 °C. Above that, every 5 °C costs you roughly 30 A. For a cement plant or any dusty, high-ambient environment, the 70 °C figure (450 A) is the one that governs the real load.
