What this 630 A MCCB carries
Thermal derating is built into the nameplate: 630 A at 40 °C drops to 450 A at 70 °C.
SCCR headroom by voltage level
At 240 V the breaker clears 187 kA; at 415 V and 440 V it holds 121 kA; at 500 V it drops to 75.6 kA; at 690 V it still manages 9 kA. For a 480 V panel (common in North American industrial), the 75.6 kA at 500 V gives you headroom above typical 65 kA or 100 kA SCCR requirements — no need for a current-limiting fuse upstream in most installations.
Auxiliary switching and undervoltage release
Communication function is onboard, so it can report status to a PLC or BMS without an add-on module.
It bolts into a standard MCCB cutout — no DIN-rail adapter needed.
