That 630 A is the baseline thermal rating; the datasheet provides a full derating curve from 612 A at 45 °C down to 520 A at 70 °C, so if your panel ambient runs above 40 °C, the actual continuous current the breaker can carry without nuisance tripping is the derated value, not the headline number. The short-circuit breaking capacity is the other critical fit parameter: 242 kA at 240 V, 187 kA at 415 V and 440 V, 121 kA at 500 V, and 9 kA at 690 V.
The breaker measures 248 mm high by 138 mm wide by 110 mm deep. Those dimensions are the envelope for panel cutout and bus-bar spacing — verify the mounting footprint against your existing panel layout before committing the BOM line. If your application requires an undervoltage release or ground-fault monitoring, note this variant does not include either — those are separate order-code options within the 3VA family.
