What this 630 A MCCB does for the line
Its interrupting capacity hits 242 kA at 240 V, 187 kA at 415 V, and still holds 121 kA at 500 V — numbers that matter when you're protecting a feeder feeding a whole motor control center or a big pump bank. At 690 V it's still good for 9 kA, so it handles mixed-voltage panels without a second breaker. Thermal derating is baked in: 630 A at 40 °C, 612 A at 45 °C, 593 A at 50 °C, and so on down to 520 A at 70 °C. Power loss maxes out at 162 W, so plan ventilation if you're packing a row of these.
That depth — 110 mm — is the key number for shallow enclosures or when you're stacking breakers behind a gland plate.
