If you're holding a BOM that calls out a 5SQ2370-2YA05 or similar, the 3VA2463-7HL32-0HA0 is a different frame and footprint — it will not drop into a panel cut out for the 5SQ series without rewiring and re-cutting the mounting holes. No direct mechanical interchange exists.
