It's built for line protection in distribution panels, sized to handle high-fault currents: 187 kA at 240 V, 121 kA at 415 V, and 53 kA at 690 V. The 320 mm height, 210 mm width, and 120 mm depth mean it fits standard MCCB mounting footprints — check the back-panel cutout against your existing switchgear before committing the BOM line.
Full 1000 A is available up to 55 °C ambient. Above that, the continuous rating drops: 955 A at 60 °C, 885 A at 65 °C, 815 A at 70 °C.
Trip unit and adjustments
The ETU320 release gives you adjustable Ir (400–1000 A) and Ii (1500–10000 A), plus a configurable time delay tr (0.5–17 s). That means you can tune the short-time pickup and delay to coordinate with downstream breakers — useful for selective coordination studies.
