The Siemens 3VA2563-5MN32-0AF0 is a 3-pole IEC motor protection circuit breaker in the 3VA2 frame 1000 series, rated 630 A continuous with a breaking capacity of Icu=55 kA at 415 V AC. The ETU350M electronic trip unit gives you LSI protection: long-time (Ir adjustable 250 A to 630 A), short-time (Isd 3 to 15 × Ir), and instantaneous (Ii fixed at 15 × In). For a motor feeder, that adjustable Ir is what lets you set the overload pickup to match the motor FLA, while the Isd band avoids nuisance tripping on starting inrush.
The 3VA2 frame 1000 is a fixed (non-withdrawable) design, so it's a panel-mounted install — plan for front-access cabling and enough clearance for the arc chute exhaust. The included nut keeper kit simplifies busbar connection on the line side.
