The included nut keeper kit secures the line and load conductors, and the shunt trip (STL) operates on 12–30 V DC or 24 V AC 50/60 Hz — a common remote-trip voltage for emergency-stop or PLC-driven undervoltage release circuits. The 3VA2 frame is the same footprint as other 3VA breakers in the IEC 1000 A class, so panel cutouts and busbar layouts carry over if you are swapping from an older Siemens family.
