The Siemens 3VA2612-5HM42-0KF0 is a 4-pole IEC molded-case circuit breaker on the 3VA2 frame, rated 1250 A continuous with a 55 kA interrupting capacity at 415 V (class M). It carries the ETU330 LIG electronic trip unit combining overload (Ir adjustable 500–1250 A), short-circuit (Ii 1.5–10 x In), neutral protection (adjustable OFF to 100%), and ground-fault protection (Ig 0.2–1 x In, tg 0.1/0.3 s). A left-side shunt trip for 208–277 V AC 50/60 Hz or 220–250 V DC is factory-installed.
The 3VA2 frame mounts in a standard panel or switchboard via the included nut keeper kit. The 4-pole form factor and 1250 A frame size mean it occupies a full-width panel cutout; verify busbar and cable lug clearance for the 1250 A rating. The shunt trip is wired left-side, so plan control wiring routing accordingly.
