System protection MCCB with TM210 release — 15 A, 100 kA SCCR
The Siemens 3VA4195-6ED34-0AA0 is a SENTRON molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) in the system protection version, carrying a continuous current rating Iu of 15 A across the full ambient range from 40 °C to 70 °C — derating only to 13 A at the top end. The TM210 thermal-magnetic release provides fixed short-circuit pickup at 300 A (li min. and li max.), no adjustment range.
Thermal derating and power dissipation
The 15 A rating holds without derating up to 45 °C. At 50 °C the breaker is good for 14 A, at 65 °C it drops to 13 A. Maximum power loss is 9.8 W — a figure that matters when calculating heat load in a sealed, uncooled enclosure.
Mounting dimensions and panel fit
Mounting footprint: 76.2 mm wide, 129.4 mm tall, 75.1 mm deep — a 3-inch-by-3-inch-by-5.1-inch envelope. Standard DIN-rail or screw-mount panel installation. The compact width allows dense packing in multi-breaker distribution panels; the depth leaves clearance for rear-connected bus bars or cable lugs.
