What it is and what it connects to
The Siemens 3VA9132-0JC12 is a wire connector TA2.1 designed as a line-side accessory for 3VA51 molded-case circuit breakers. It accepts 4 AWG through 300 kcmil conductors and includes an integrated control wire voltage tap, allowing the panel builder to pull control power directly from the breaker line terminals without a separate tap block. Sold as a set of two units, the connector mounts to the breaker line-side bus bars. The control wire tap is sized for the auxiliary/coil voltage the circuit requires — a detail to verify against the breaker's shunt trip or undervoltage release rating before wiring.
