What it is and where it lands
The Siemens 3VA9234-0JG11 is a SENTRON TA1.3 circular conductor terminal with an integrated control-wire voltage tap-off, sold as a 4-unit pack. It's an accessory designed for the 3VA52 250 molded-case breaker family — you land the load conductors here and pick off a control voltage without a separate tap block.
What the control-wire tap means on the panel
The voltage tap-off is the feature that saves a panel-builder an extra terminal block. Instead of splicing a control wire off the main lug, the TA1.3 has a dedicated tap terminal — you land the load power on the main conductor clamp and run a smaller-gauge control wire from the tap. That keeps the main lug stack clean and avoids a second point of failure. Mounts directly on the 3VA52 250 breaker's line-side studs. No DIN-rail footprint — it's a stud-mount lug. The 0.7 in stripped length is the same for all conductor types, so you can pre-strip a batch of wires and land them without re-measuring.
