Terminal for 3VA2 plug-in units
The Siemens 3VA9264-0JC22 is a circular conductor terminal in the SENTRON accessories line, designed specifically for the 3VA2 100/160/250 A plug-in and withdrawable units. It is a TA2.3-style wire connector that accepts two cables in the 25–150 mm² range per conductor, with an integrated control wire voltage tap-off. The terminal carries both UL marking (TA2.3 CMC 4-300 CU7AL UR CSA) and IEC marking (25-150 mm² CU/AL NNL), covering stranded copper and aluminum from 4 AWG up to 300 kcmil.
Wire range and stripping
For copper cable, both stranded and finely stranded, the terminal accepts 4 AWG minimum up to 300 kcmil maximum. Aluminum cable range is identical: 4 AWG to 300 kcmil. The specified wire stripping length is 1.0 or 2.0 inches, depending on the conductor size and termination method. This covers the full range of feeder and branch-circuit conductors typical for 100–250 A frames.
