The Siemens 3VA9473-0JH13 is a SENTRON box terminal with an integrated control wire voltage tap-off, sold as a set of three units. It is designed as an accessory for the 3VA5 and 3VA6 molded-case circuit breaker families in the 400 A and 600 A frame sizes. The voltage tap-off (designated TS1.5) lets you pick off control power from the line side of the breaker without an extra tap block. That saves a DIN-rail position and one set of terminations inside the panel.
