The Siemens 3VA9603-0JJ44 is a SENTRON circular conductor terminal designated TA4.4 — a wire connector accessory for 3VA15 and 3VA25 molded-case circuit breakers. It accepts four cables in the 120 to 300 mm² range, terminated at 42.4 Nm for both stranded and finely stranded copper, and the same torque for aluminum stranded up to 185 mm².
Cable range and strip length
For copper stranded cable, the terminal accepts from 4/0 AWG up to 600 kcmil; the same range applies to aluminum stranded and to finely stranded copper. The specified strip length is 0.9 / 1.75 in — that 0.9 in (about 23 mm) is for the smaller conductors in the range, the 1.75 in (44 mm) for the full 600 kcmil. No control-wire tap on this version (the TA4.4 is a straight power connector, not a tap-off block).
