The Siemens SENTRON 3VA9673-0JC44 is a TA4.4 circular-conductor terminal with an integrated control-wire voltage tap-off, sold as a 3-unit pack for external mounting. Each terminal accepts four cables in the 4/0 AWG to 600 kcmil range for both copper and aluminum stranded conductors, with a termination torque of 42.4 Nm for 120–300 mm² stranded and 120–185 mm² finely stranded copper. The voltage tap-off lets you pick up control power directly at the breaker line terminals — no separate tap block needed, which saves a DIN-rail position and one wiring step during panel build.
Wire range and termination
Strip length is 0.9 / 1.75 in depending on conductor type. The 42.4 Nm torque spec applies across the full stranded and finely stranded copper range; aluminum conductors in the same 4/0–600 kcmil range terminate at the same torque, so no re-torque step is needed when switching material on the same breaker.
