This is a mechanical linkage component — it transfers the rotary handle motion through the enclosure door to the breaker's operating mechanism, allowing the breaker to be opened or closed with the door shut.
The 300 mm shaft length suits enclosures where the breaker is mounted deeper inside the panel, with the handle on the outer door.
