The Siemens 4EU2732-0CF08-0EA0 is a 3-phase filter reactor rated at 50 kVAR reactive power, designed for 400 V / 50 Hz networks. It attenuates harmonic currents and smooths voltage ripple in power-factor-correction banks, drive DC links, and industrial distribution panels. Built to EN 61558-2-20, it comes with free conductor ends for direct wiring into a cabinet.

The 50 kVAR rating tells you the reactor's reactive-power handling at rated voltage — match it to the total kVAR of the capacitor bank or drive section it protects. The 8% impedance (P(%):8) sets the tuning point for harmonic filtering; a typical detuned reactor targets the 189 Hz resonance (here 177 Hz) to block the 5th harmonic (250 Hz) and above. The 110% ripple voltage tolerance means it can ride through moderate overvoltage events without saturating.

IP00 enclosure means it's open-frame — mount inside a clean, dry cabinet, not outdoors or in washdown zones.
