That 5% drop is the design target: high enough to smooth commutation notches, low enough to keep most of the voltage across the DC bus. The 300 W coil loss and 123 W iron-core loss are real heat to vent — IP00 means no enclosure, so it needs cabinet airflow or forced cooling.
