SENTRON 5SJ4 — D-curve MCB for motor and transformer circuits
Rated 10 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898 and 15 kA per IEC 60947-2 at 400 V AC, with a 60 V DC maximum rating — the higher IEC figure applies when the MCB is used in industrial panel applications where the standard permits the full 15 kA SCCR. Three-pole design occupies 3 modular-width units (54 mm) on standard DIN rail, installable in any orientation, with a 70 mm depth.
Snaps onto standard mounting rail; the 54 mm width (3 MW) and 70 mm installation depth leave room for side-by-side busbar feeders. Sealable design allows lockout/tagout (LOTO) application without removing the breaker; halogen-free and silicon-free construction meets clean-environment requirements for semiconductor or food-grade panels.

Rated frequency 50 Hz; vibration resistance 50 m/s² at 25–150 Hz and 60 m/s² at 35 Hz (4 sec) — tested for continuous operation on machinery with moderate vibration levels.
