Siemens 5SJ6203-7 — 2-Pole C-Curve MCB for 3 A Branch Protection
The Siemens 5SJ6203-7 is a 2-pole miniature circuit breaker from the SENTRON 5SJ6 series, rated at 3 A with a C tripping characteristic at 400 V AC and a 6 kA breaking capacity.
The C-curve (tripping between 5× and 10× In) means the 5SJ6203-7 handles the inrush of small transformers, capacitor banks, or motor loads without nuisance tripping, while still clearing short circuits within the 6 kA interrupting rating at 400 V AC. The 2-pole construction switches both phase conductors simultaneously, which is required for 2-phase loads and for isolating both poles during maintenance. Conductor cross-section acceptance of 0.75 to 25 mm² solid or stranded covers everything from 1.5 mm² lighting circuits up to 6 mm² feeder tails, so no adapter lugs are needed for common panel wiring sizes.
