The Siemens 5SJ6216-7FC is a SENTRON miniature circuit breaker, 2-pole, C-curve, rated 16 A at 30 °C with a 6 kA breaking capacity per EN 60898.
At 30 °C ambient the breaker carries a full 16 A. At 40 °C it derates to 15.23 A, and at 45 °C to 14.88 A — a roughly 5% drop per 10 °C above 30 °C. If your panel runs warm, size the branch circuit accordingly. The maximum operating voltage for multi-phase operation is 440 V AC, and the rated frequency is 50 Hz. For DC applications the maximum rated voltage is 72 V.
Depth is 76 mm, height 90 mm, width 36 mm (2 MW). The breaker is sealable, allowing the installer to lock the switch position after commissioning.
